Well… I am a 40-something year old family man who has over 25 years in the nursing sector working amongst different ages, abilities and levels of need.
I am very hard working and love problem solving and have a lot of drive and determination in anything I do. I am an easy going laid back person with a dry sense of humour. I have completed many different courses in my time which I believe has assisted me in being to work and deal with all kinds of people. I am physically fit and do not shy away from hard graft.
My greatest love is doing d.i.y where I have undertaken many different large projects within my home and other peoples. I am able to turn my hand to most tasks, both large and small, to a high standard even though I am not a professional in any one given field.
I have two large dogs which I get great pleasure in owning and a very well balanced family of whom I am also very proud.
I enjoy many different films but like good period dramas and thrillers. I don’t like watching sport but will participate in anything. I am a confident person who is able to use discretion and diplomacy when required.
I also love food and sometimes mess around in the kitchen when time allows.
I am a bubbly outgoing person with several years of care experience including dementia and parkinsons. I am very passionate about all animals and enjoy darts, swimming and spending time with children and friends. Sometimes in life we all need that little bit of extra help. I can make that difference by providing good quality care whilst understanding individual needs, promoting independence and being a carer who is reliable honest and trustworthy.
