Our home help is tailor made to each client, all ages are supported.
We believe that high quality home help cannot be rushed therefore we use two hour allocated times, this can be longer if required.
All of our team are enhanced DBS checked.

Hi you can call me Rai. I am a trained nurse outside the UK since 2011. I worked as a nurse for 5 years in my country, I used to work in a hospital in the wards, emergency room and intensive care unit also as a nurse I worked in an ambulance with rescues and transfers of patients to hospitals.
Since I live in England I have dedicated myself to caring for people in their most diverse needs, I have used my skills as a nurse and my passion for caring for people to provide high standards of individualised care.

Our service is designed with the client to suit their specific needs and requirements. The service is completely bespoke ranging from a cuppa and a chat at home, baking, light domestic duties and medical appointments to shopping trips, cinema visits, pub lunches and any other activity of choice.
Whilst we strive to provide an outstanding service to our clients, their emotional wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. Our PA’s aren’t there solely to cater for their domestic requirements, we are there to build trusting relationships, friendships and to create a bond with them. Many years ago, following on from a personal family experience with Alzheimer’s disease I began volunteering at The Lovejoy day Care Centre where I am lucky to have had and continue to have invaluable practical training working with the elderly and those suffering from the many different forms of Dementia. Mind stimulation, hand eye co-ordinated games, reminiscence sessions, days out and music therapy are just some of the work we do offering more than simply care in a safe environment. I believe engagement, compassion, laughter and reassurance are some of the most important things when working with any one vulnerable.
My volunteer work has given me great insights and experience in so many ways and in addition my previous 16 years working as Cabin Crew for British Airways has given me a wealth of practical and interpersonal skills all transferable to my role as a Personal Assistant.
